Chapitre 58: Fifty Eight

When Jie left the Xhi mansion he drove to Lee's office and because it was early, Lee was not yet in so he was let into the office.

So when Lee got to the office and opened the door he was confronted by the presence of Jie sitting at his desk and facing the window so that his back was towards the door.

His secretary had already alerted him to Jie's presence so Lee was not shocked but he was very surprised to see him there so early in the morning.

"If you have to to ask me to go with you to the club then I would rather not, your family was ready to string me up that last time." Lee grumbled.

He was still smarting at how he had been treated by Jie's family when he had actually been Jie's savior and should have been praised.

He walked around the desk so that he could have a look at Jie and was shocked to see him looking solemn and deep in thought.

"Jie, what is wrong?" Lee asked in concern.
