Rika sighed as she walked through the main doors of the Goodwill company's main office, where her mother was waiting for her.

The female alpha looked happy to see Rika, but there was also a hint of irritation in her eyes when she looked around. 

Her gaze looked mainly meaningful when she looked at the older man beside her. 

Rika knew that man from photos she had seen of her mother's work team. He was Regulas Ford, one of the chairmen of his mother's company. 

Since Rika guessed this much, she could also think that the young beta standing beside the pair was Luna Ford, Mr. Ford's daughter and a good student.
