Pattie glanced at Justin, exchanging a worried look before turning back to the lawyers. "In addition to the base salary of $150,000, we're prepared to offer Justin a tiered bonus structure tied to the film's box office performance. If the movie exceeds certain benchmarks, Justin will receive a percentage of the profits above and beyond his initial salary."
Pattie's eyes lit up with relief, and she exchanged a grateful glance with James. "Thank you, gentlemen. That sounds like a fair compromise," she said, her voice filled with gratitude.
