Tyr woke up in a bed and he was wracked in pain.
"Ugh, shouldn't have used it on old man Zephyr." Tyr can't even move due to the pain.
"And its weaknesses are apparent." Tyr frowned.
He would need to defeat his opponent on a time limit. And he had to create a barrier around the battlefield due to how destructive it is.
"You, you're finally awake." A tanned woman with short, cropped hair and two tufts on the front greeted him with a puff of smoke.
"Agh, lady... I don't smoke. Aren't you an adult? Smoking in front of children is bad." Tyr deadpanned at her.
"Children?" She raised a brow at him. "Ahhh, Shakuyaku, Tyr's eight years old you know?" Maria suddenly interjected.
"Eight?" Rayleigh choked on his drink as he dropped his flask.
"Shakuyaku? Are you Shakky that Gloriosa talked about?" Tyr asked.
"That I am. You're quite reckless aren't you? Well, Gloriosa is too." Shakky hummed.
"Boy, you have guts. Killing a celestial dragon and fighting an admiral head on. Though Zephyr is old now." Rayleigh laughed.
"He was about to kill a little girl. It was the right decision." Tyr huffed.
"That it is... Who exactly are you?" Rayleigh asked him with a raised brow.
"You're Silvers, Rayleigh... Right? Then I think I can trust you." Tyr closed his eyes for a second.
"I'm saint Tyr Warcury." Tyr introduced himself fully and the two of them were stupefied.
"Topman's son?" Rayleigh stood at attention after it sunk in.
"The one and only." Tyr nodded and they sat down for a second to internalize it.
"Then why are you here?" Shakky was confused.
"I'm trying to find a girl named Nico, Robin. She needs shelter from the world government." Tyr informed them.
"The devil child..." Rayleigh nodded. "So I assume that Gloriosa sent you here?" Shakky lit up another cigarette immediately at the things she was hearing today.
"Gloriosa told us that you might be able to help us." Maria replied.
"Well... You did prove to us what lengths you'll go for." Rayleigh looked at him in disbelief.
'This child will be an unstoppable monster one day.' Rayleigh couldn't believe he didn't have a devil fruit. As he scooped him up from the sea and Tyr didn't sink like an anchor.
"Do you know anything about her?" Tyr wanted to go towards Robin's location immediately.
"I believe she is in west blue. Trying to find a way into the grand line." Shakky puffed some smoke.
"Wow, your information network is massive." Tyr was shocked. West blue is at the other side of the world after all.
"We've been trying to track her down. She can't fall to the hands of the world government. Garp's son could use someone like that." Rayleigh shrugged.
"You know of Dragon?" Tyr thought that was a bit surprising.
"Yeah, he was a splendid marine like Garp. Too bad though, the world government isn't a paragon of justice." Rayleigh sighed.
"That it is... They don't understand that a rich economy will lead to more taxes. And happy citizens will result in them fighting tooth and nail against pirates. The navy's morale would be sky high." Tyr sighed.
"You really are one scary brat." Rayleigh laughed as he imagined Tyr being the one running the government while they were sailing.
So many people would've joined the navy instead. And the seas would be swarming with patriotic marines that will fight pirates to the death.
"I think we should go to Kano country first. It's huge. Giving her a lot of opportunities to hide." Tyr remembered some islands in west blue.
And the most prominent one is an island that is the equivalent of China, like Wano is the equivalent of Japan.
"That's a good idea, though be careful there. Don Chinjao operates in Kano country." Shakky warned.
"Don Chinjao?" Tyr and Maria looked at each other.
"Yeah, he was a rival pirate of my captain, Roger. Though he was more content on building up Kano and his crew. So he didn't reach his full potential." Rayleigh remembered the guy fondly.
"He also has a pointy head that can break islands in two. Though Garp beat his head in." Rayleigh laughed.
"That old fart sure is scary." Tyr chuckled at Garp's exploits.
"Hey, Rayleigh. I have a question." Tyr remembered something.
"Oh, sure." Rayleigh took a swig on his flask with a smile.
"That attack you did, I'm sure it didn't even touch me... But it's different from what Zephyr used." Tyr could still remember it.
It was the hardest hit he received in his life and he got ko'ed even with Ouroboros active.
"Ahhh, that. You can't train it, because it's tied to a person's spirit. It's the advanced form of conqueror's haki." Rayleigh gave a simple explanation.
"Really? You can use it to attack?" Tyr didn't expect that.
'Ahhh... Garp did say that it was a mix of armament and observation. Maybe that's what he was trying to imply?' Tyr had a realization.
"Okay, I think I understand now." Tyr thought it would be nice if he can spar with someone with conqueror's haki.
"Don Chinjao has conqueror's haki you know?" Rayleigh revealed as he read him like a book.
"Hah, old heads really are quite wise. Not Garp though, he's an idiot." Tyr laughed.
"He has Sengoku for all the thinking." Rayleigh laughed as well.
"Thanks for this, Shakky, Rayleigh. We'll repay this debt in the future." Tyr promised.
"Then it will be 100 million bellies for the information. And 10 million for the health care." Shakky shrugged.
"Hahaha, my wife's a businesswoman at heart." Rayleigh laughed.
"Well, with all your drinking. We need a lot of it." Shakky sighed.
"O-okay, I'll wire it to you." Tyr has a bank account that he filled with money due to selling sea king meat.
And he has a couple of hundred million in it so they had a smooth transaction.
"Ohh, thanks for the patronage." Shakky was all smiles as he didn't wait to pay.
"Come on, let's go." Tyr was about to sit up, but he groaned in pain as all his muscles felt like they were on fire.
"Or not..." Tyr thought he needed to rest for a some time first.
"I'll take care of you then, captain." Maria smiled wryly.
"It was a life on the line. A child's life, Maria." Tyr squinted his eyes.
"Yeah... You brave idiot." Maria pinched him and he almost screamed due to the pain as his nerves were firing like crazy.
"Get ready when I recover, Maria." Tyr glared at her and she giggled.
"Ahhh, young love." Shakky puffed some smoke.
"You do know he's eight right?" Rayleigh raised a brow at her.
"Love is like a hurricane. That's why I left Amazon Lily for you." Shakky shrugged.
"Doesn't change the fact that he's still a kid..." Rayleigh thought the double standards was unreal.
"Oh shush, he doesn't look nor act like one anyways." Shakky rolled her eyes.
__A few days later__
Due to Tyr not overstraining his technique too much, he was now able to move around.
Though fighting was a stretch, so they planned on cruising along towards west blue so he could recover.
"Thanks for everything, Rayleigh, Shakky." Tyr smiled at them.
"Think nothing of it, save the young lady for us. She needs all the help she can get." Rayleigh waved them off.
"She's a tortured soul, so be kind and patient, yeah?" Shakky reminded them and the two nodded.
"We're off then." Tyr put on a coat to hide his wings and he turned off the flame on his back.
"They'll be going places." Rayleigh drank and smirked.
"Isn't that obvious? The archipelago they were on almost got sunk. And that's when he was protecting the surroundings." Shakky shrugged.
"Heh, so about the-" Rayleigh was about to ask about something.
"No, we are not going to buy booze with it." Shakky glared at him and Rayleigh raised his hands.
__Pangea Castle__
"A celestial dragon has been killed in Sabaody." Topman threw the newspaper at their table and everybody looked at it with a sneer.
"Somebody would be crazy enough to kill a celestial dragon eventually. He was unlucky to meet them." Nusjuro snorted.
"Why are we having a meeting about this?" Saturn raised a brow.
"Because Mary Geoise will be an uproar, Saturn." Peter rolled his eyes.
"And the attacker almost burned down one of the archipelagos. The marines that were sent there said it was Kaido's right hand man, King." Marcus squinted his eyes.
"This is Zephyr's report. A Lunarian with a tall and strong frame." Topman tossed a bundle of papers on the table again.
'Something's not right... Perhaps...' Saturn squinted his eyes.
"Why would Kaido's right hand, kill a celestial dragon?" Saturn asked.
"We do not know, but the fact is. He's definitely a lunarian. And Alber is the only lunarian we know of." Topman huffed.
Saturn who wasn't convinced at all took a look at the reports. And there was something that caught his eye.
'Black flames on their back... Interesting, so you live, Tyr...' Saturn couldn't hold back a smirk as his project succeeded.
He didn't care about using Tyr as their public agent. Project KING's main objective was to make a being that is above all others.
A lunarian's immense durability and fire. Coupled with strength that could rival giants.
The lineage factor of giants, to give him savagery and strength like no other.
And the dwarves who are small, yet can rival giants in strength. Making Tyr's frame the perfect size for maximum combat capability.
'Though he must have inherited the will of D. I wouldn't have gone with it if I knew that...' Saturn sighed in his mind. Not knowing that the woman who gave birth to him was a D.
"Kaido's in Wano. That island is practically impregnable. We will make contact with him later." Topman sighed and they all agreed.
__West blue__
After a few weeks of travelling, Tyr and Maria arrived at west blue via the reverse mountain.
"West blue huh? Shouldn't it be south-west blue?" Tyr asked Maria and she rolled her eyes.
"Why are you asking me?" Maria wanted to go on land, so she was in a bad mood.
"Hah, why so grumpy? Is it that time of the month?" Tyr asked and she glared at him.
"Shut up! You don't ask ladies that!" Maria whacked him.
"Hmph, women. I guess I should prepare something for her." Tyr went to the storage and peeled some oranges.
As he bought barrels of them because scurvy was a big issue.
He then warmed up the bath tub, infusing them with the peel's oils.
With some candied oranges, he also made her a nice bath.
"Oi, Maria. Come get a bath, I prepared it myself!" Tyr called out to her and she came, stomping.
"Huh!? Are you telling me I'm smelly?" Maria glared at him.
"No, it's a way to relax. Come on, I infused it with the oil of oranges." Tyr beckoned her over and she went wide eyed.
"T-this..." She immediately blushed and Tyr smiled.
"It's payback for taking care of me for several days. Come on, I know women love baths." Tyr went outside and she sighed.
"He's just not playing fair." Maria sighed and she entered the bath with a satisfied sigh.
Tyr then went to the wheel and checked the map with his poor navigating skills.
"Ugh, I should get a navigator... Hmm, Nami wanted to be one right?" Tyr remembered Nami, the little thief.
"Maybe when she gets older." Tyr chuckled. He could still navigate through the blue seas. Just not in the grand line.
Besides, he has a cheat code called flying up in the air and going to the nearest island.
"Ohhh! That island's huge as expected." Tyr saw some chinese themed buildings and they arrived at Kano island.
Tyr docked at the island. But they were suddenly surrounded by people.
"Marines! What are you doing here!?" Tyr was confused.
He then looked at the emblem on their sails. "Ohhh, this is just a big misunderstanding." Tyr smiled at them.
"Get them!" The obvious pirates charged at them and Tyr sighed.
