```
Golden light shone all around, and white lotuses fell from above.
Sitting atop Garuda, Vishnu radiated a faint golden glow. With a slight bow of his head, he looked towards the prostrate Narada, his eyes filled with compassion yet tinged with a trace of solemnity.
Brahma sat upon a lotus.
He, too, looked down at the fallen Narada.
Tsk!
Brahma's eyebrows rose slightly, and his eyes flickered, unable to suppress his cluck of the tongue.
His son had meddled in the affairs of others everywhere, and now under the law of cause and effect, had finally met with retribution!
Had Narada not stirred trouble frivolously, he would not have incurred Indra's curse; had he not gone to Kailash to sow discord, he would not have provoked the young lad to hurl his Divine Staff, which ultimately struck him.
Such was the karmic retribution!
Thinking thus, Brahma's gaze shifted to Indra.
The Heavenly Emperor was reliable indeed!
"Narayana~ Narayana!"
"Praise be to the Supreme Lord!"
