other than name any other similarities between this and super gene?.......
I hope the author fixes the content after chapter 1040. read it in Chinese on another site to read ahead but after chapter 1040 it's total nonsense and not even book related. Just a bunch of fluff. it even had Naruto, and Las Angeles on top of much more non related content so please fix it.
currently reading chapter 125 but if I'm not wrong i can somehow feel the 'let me game in peace' vibe😆 i really like this book. good job author👍

first thing first, the mc became a damned dog of the celestial race WILLINGLY, trash side characters and theire dialogue, every character in this novel feels like a robot. trash main character, can't even swim when he was an ascender and when he eventually learned it, it wasn't a proper swim. to put it into perspective, the weakest ascender could be much faster than a speed of sound, but lin shen can't even do simple things such as swimming? and Lin shen is talentless, all he have is a blatant plot armor.
honestly the name is a lie so this book is a scam super gene my left as s check the book has those corny rough translation names shit so bad it makes the purple mansion realm look good
I was quite excited to find out there was a second SuperGene. I wish it would have been a continuation of the first novel. Especially considering it has the same name....but that is not the case at all. Naturally still very well written and you find yourself diving into the storyline. Only complaint is it not being a continuation and the misgendering and misnaing on occasion. 7/10
As of yet I like everything about this book. But the translation in ruining it. It is AI generated with no proof reading leading to lot of inconsistencies in character names causing disruptions in reading flow. This is not as bad Monster Integration, but I'm slowly losing interest. Improve it. The author written it so well, yet the translation is inadequate
I have read all the works of this Author and supergene to me still remains the best, this second adaptation of supergene if i could give a lesser score I would. it doesn't even compare to his last novel When God begins to evolve again which is shorter and better than this supergene ii which feels dragged

I already read to over 900 chapters. (I use ChaptGPT so translation is better I think) I guarantee that this novel is so good. Raw is already over thousand chapter. I think It same with super gene and Let me game in peace Universe. There are multiple women, but it doesn't feel like a typical harem. MC doesn't always focus on harem and most women that attract to MC are so strong. MC is overpowered, but there is no brainless young masters. I saw a lot of comments that said translation is so bad. But don't you know that this translation is using machine translation? So how do you expect high quality?
I don't know why there are overwhelming number of positive review. I really don't understand. The translation of this book os so bad that sometimes it's unreadable. No matter how good a plot is, without quality writing it is not worth delving into. [Not recommended].
She story definitely isn’t the best but it’s not too bad. Characters could use a little more expanlation especially the family . Translation is horribly inconsistent overall and more or less what I expected after the whole translator swap part way though super gene and the comic not to be mentioned
I absolutely loved super gene and was excited to read this as well. Unfortunately right out of the box, the translation is very bad and the story development cheaply written. Now I have to be fair that I didn't read far, however I can't continue with the way it's written. I feel tricked. I've read 100s of webnovels and never left a review (maybe just once?), this time it feels necessary due to the hype it's getting but the disappointment it delivers. The contrast is too big. Can't comment on the updating stability or World development so left those neutral.
I will let this novel cook for a while. 300 chapters are not enough I need more to really dive in. btw i love super gene

Having read through chapter 273: Great book. Translation is still auto-translated. Names and genders are prone to change. Loved the first Super Gene. This one, while things do work differently and the author copped out on the way evolution works, I feel the storyline is still really good and as such can recommend this book. Boti has a better translation, albeit not yet fully translated. 5 on everything* but translation. Updates I haven’t kept track of, so I did* give a 3.

I came when I thought that finally super gene part two will complete the story which a lot of people thought to have been left with a lot of unanswed questions but this feels like a completely different story. I hope that the author connects this one with the original somehow and completes the story.
I originally came to Webnovel because of the original Super gene that "12 winged seraphim" wrote. It was a nice story to pass the time. As for this "Super gene II", I don't think it's actually a true sequel or even a prequel to the original. From what I have read so far (admittedly not much), it appears to be an entirely different story with similar themes. It would have been much better to separate it from the original.
I see now that the original translator for supergene saved the novel. They must be using MTL to translate this one because it reads like a usual Chinese wuxia novel. I suggest they put the entire series on hold and pay someone a lot of money to fix the translation to resemble the original Supergene novel.

I like the characters. The MC makes the story amusing. World and story itself are just so-so. But the translation is terrible, clearly MTL or AI, genders and names are mixed up all the time from one paragraph to the next. This makes it difficult to follow unless you can interpret everything all the time. Things that shouldn't change, like move names or the war song, are different half the time. Updates are very consistent and frequent though.
