The rules for accepting disciples in the Tianxu Sect are different from those of other smaller sects.
In small sects, disciples with outstanding talent are fervently sought after by the upper hierarchy on the day they are admitted. To prevent conflict, the sect leader usually allows the disciples to choose their own masters.
In the Tianxu Sect, on the other hand, new disciples have no right to select their masters.
The dignity of the sect's powerhouses must not be challenged, as it has always been their prerogative to choose disciples, not the other way around. No matter how talented, a newcomer is still weaker.
The Great Sects, with their abundant resources, never lack disciples of exceptional talent, something small sects can't compare with.
All new disciples are placed in the Outer Sect. If a powerhouse takes interest in a disciple, they will notify the Outer Sect's head administrator in advance to keep an eye on the disciple's conduct.
