"As you do have mine as well, but you must have a detailed plan of action on my desk in my study by the morrow. Am I understood?" Giovanni asserted. "How detailed and what are the requirements for the planning?" Lorenzo asked. "Every. Single. Thing. From how you gonna create your forces? How many commanders? How many separate units? How are you going to train and educate them? To the house you need a house sigil both of you Ezio you need a new one but close to ours and Lorenzo you need an all new one. Lorenzo's three advisers were Dario, his mother Claudia, and scholar by the name of Giuseppe he was good at reading and writing, science, business to help make money. Ezio's were Alessandro, his sister Claudia, a woman scholar named Arianna. She was good at the arts such as drama, music, and poetry also math and science. After that they grew their money then enlisted and trained more men in small intervals to train them to the best of their abilities. They ended up enlisting 506 men each. The first was each lieutenant, then the five captains under each lieutenant, afterwards the 500 men under the five captains each getting 100 men to lead, educate, and train. Next was find land to buy. The both bought 100 acres of land one to the north of Firenze the other the north east and started building large manor houses for their selves that can house up to 35 individuals and host even more and multiple homes for their men each big enough to hold a 12 person household. After three farm houses were built and they hired farmers and excluded them from taxes for a year so they can work the land with no problems or worries. Each farm house came with a house to hold eight people, two barns to hold animals in six fields for crops and two pastures for the animals to graze on and rotate to. After that they sat down with their advisers and on farmer to represent the farmers and that was the council. To discuss the plan of action for the next year and four months.
