STELLA’s POV

Tyler stared at me after hearing what I just said. After a few seconds of silence, I took his hand and placed his palm over my heart, showing him how scared I was.

I want it, Tyler. I’m just…” I let out a shaky breath. “Nervous.”

He tilted his head, looking dead serious as he brought my hand onto his heart, too. I gasped in shock as I felt how hard it was beating against my palm. It was even beating more powerfully than mine.

“I guess you’re not alone.” He smirked, and that, somehow, made me let out a small chuckle in the midst of this overwhelming moment.

Tyler cupped my cheek and placed multiple soft kisses on my face, so sweetly, so gently that my heart wanted to explode. He then hovered on top of me and looked into my eyes.
