I was numb for 10 minutes standing in the parking lot before I realized that Ashley was gone and was now out of my sight.

I scurried to my car and drove off with a roar following her but to my dismay, i couldn't see her car and I don’t know where’d she turned to. I pressed the gas and headed to the destination that felt right at the moment, and the only place we could talk.

Home.

“Ashley!” I unlocked the door with my keys and searched for her in her room. The room was pitch black, letting me know that she wasn’t here.

I plopped my body on the couch and pulled the roots of my hair frustatedly. Where did she go? Where could Ashley possibly went?
