Ciara's POV
My mom stormed inside, pushing past Vulcan. He paused, listening to what she had to say. "Ciara, your things are outside, and I mean everything," she told me, her voice firm.
Turning to Vulcan, she added, "And I expect you, her husband, to officially marry my ex-daughter. I'll arrange a proper wedding. Make sure to look happy." With that, she turned and left.
I rushed to the glass window and looked outside, only to see the guards tossing my belongings into the yard. My suitcases, all of them, were being hurled about like trash. Vulcan, without a word, stalked off, clearly pissed. I sank into the sofa, feeling defeated and overwhelmed.
