Asher absently watched Jael leave his study, his thoughts preoccupied.

Cassia- no, Caspian's true identity didn't even feature in his thoughts, well it did, but not as an issue.

It might be a bit egotistical of him but it felt good to know that Caspian didn't turn down his advances because he didn't find him attractive.

It also explained why the Omega had immediately tried to run off and why he was so frightened all the time.

He supposed the next thing to do would be to confront him, but he rather didn't want to do that. Curious to see how long the Omega could hold out for.
