Chapitre 101: It's Nothing Serious

Gradually, as the tears began to subside, Sheila started to calm down.

Her sobs turned into deep, shaky breaths. She brought a hand to her face, wiping away the tears that were still running down her cheeks, and slowly pulled away from Benjamin's embrace.

She felt overwhelmed by a mix of emotions: relief for having vented, but also confusion and embarrassment for having let out so much in that moment.

Benjamin, noticing her turmoil, looked at her gently and said:

"Everything's okay, Sheila. You don't have to apologize for anything."

Sheila lowered her gaze, still a bit embarrassed, feeling the warmth in her cheeks.

"I'm sorry," Sheila murmured, not knowing exactly what she was apologizing for.

The gentleman, who had been watching the scene attentively, couldn't help but let out a kind laugh.
