Saanvi, a doctor with a keen eye for human behavior, detected the underlying tension in Roman's voice. "Roman, I'm fine, what about you? You don't sound very well." She probed gently, her curiosity piqued.

Roman laughed, a hollow sound that echoed through the silence. "Haha, nothing's wrong, I'm just tired, a lot of work, you know." He felt like he was laughing at himself, at the absurdity of his situation.
