Chapitre 169: Return

"Status report", Albus asked, marching through a camp with soldiers littered on the ground receiving treatment. Albus' eyes drifted towards them, some were charred across the chest, others had been mutilated and were clinging to life through sheer willpower whereas some had entire limbs completely blown off. 

Renny scurried behind him, "The demons advanced forces have taken control of the northwest region. We sent an allied front to match their marching power, but we were forced to retreat given the strange terrain". 

"Strange terrain?", Albus asked, coming to a sudden stop outside of a tent.

"Yes sir", Renny replied, "The ground had been frozen solid and has been elevated ever so slightly. Passing through is a near impossible task when they rain fire down from above our men".
