Chapitre 159: Fragments of the Past (7) – Conviction

After Ciona expressed her desire and Rogier clarified some important points, he instructed Ciona to get her things ready and wrap up any necessary matters with her parents or acquaintances. For the next few weeks, she would have much to learn.

According to Rogier, this learning would encompass everything, from martial training in the ways and techniques of the Red Hall to the need to absorb worldly knowledge, specific information, and, most importantly, the dogmas and principles of the Red Hall.

After briefly bidding farewell to Ciona, Rogier informed her that he would return early the next morning to collect her. In the meantime, she should follow the instructions he had given her.

Ciona left the personal training courtyard and headed toward her parents to inform them of the decision she had made. Apparently, the Red Hall would not prevent her from attending the Martial School alongside Kizaer and the others.
