Chapitre 40: Ch 40: I can't accept your apology, Romeo

Karenina burst into her room, slamming the door behind her. Alerting her friends, Helene and Mariyam exchanged concerned glances. They understand that their beloved friend had a heated argument with Romeo. 

"Hey, Katty, come join us for dinner," Helene called out, trying to change her friend's mood but she declined, instead started eating the chips and pacing back and forth. 

Helene looked at Mariyam, indirectly asking her what to do? Mariyam sighed and replied, "Alright Katty, we will go downstairs to the dinning hall and inform the warden sister that you are not having dinner tonight."

"Thanks, Mariyam," Karenina smiles as they leave and takes out another packet of Doritos and starts munching on it while walking back and forth, her mind racing with intense anger and hurt feelings in response to Romeo's previous words. 

"How dare he speak to me like that? Does he think I'm some kind of pushover who will take his insults like some loser?"
