But only a little puppy came in.

"It's a puppy!" Irene exclaimed, she went to it and carried it, ruffling his fur.

"Is this what got you so excited?" She asked, bewildered.

"Okay, let us trace the scent to where it is coming from!" Aurora said and walked out of the room hastily, leaving her siblings and Lily in shock. 

"Oh my! Rory is finally meeting her mate after a long wait!" Irene was elated. 

"Wow, this is such a great news. I wonder who her mate is! Or could he be that man that saved us?" Jay wondered aloud. 

"He is definitely the one. Didn't you see how he was so protective of her? My father was like that to my mother till they died. Watching them everyday, acting lovey-dovey was so sweet to watch." Lily said and smiled sadly at the remembrance of her parents. 

"Awwnn, the man is so handsome and above all, very caring. I am so happy for my sister. She is getting what she deserves!" Irene jubilated.
