Chapitre 27: Stained fur

VALENCIA'S POV

He worked hard. I sat there, watching him spread the documents on the bed one by one before he turned on the fan at low speed to dry them and clean the message I made.

Why was he doing all of this himself? He could just call a maid or housekeeper, right?

'Hey, watch out!' I shouted to catch his attention as I watched the ink bottle that was rolling to the edge of the table, however, what came out of my mouth was just a 'meow!'

Seeing him busy picking up the documents and the ink bottle would fall on his head and stain his handsome face, I jumped from the bed and used my cat's instincts to kick the bottle away.

Shadow looked up as I landed on his head like a fool with my tralala right in his face and my paws gripping his hair to keep myself from falling before he sighed when he looked at the ink bottle that splashed the wall.
