Why would he do something as stupid as that in front of a girl who could be really dangerous? Also, in front of his classmates?

His classmates began to cheer, and make noise, hailing, and egging him on.

What did he think he was doing? Suddenly, Derella pushed past me, snatched the flowers, and threw them 0nto the ground nastily, giving Derel an angry look.

She wrapped her fingers around my arm, and pulled me out of the class. It was a little rude, but I appreciated the gesture. At least, I didn't have to wrack my head apart deciding what to do in that situation. Did he think I was going to take the flowers from him? Smile, and thank him? What exactly did his shitty head expect?

As Derella led me out into the emptying halls, Derel caught up with us.
