"Ji Yao, you woke up."
He looked at her tenderly, his eyes brimming with joy and consolation.
"Lu Jincheng, it's you. What happened to me?"
She touched her head, feeling puzzled by everything around her, seemingly still not having come to her senses.
Seeing this, Lu Jincheng slightly frowned, a hint of reproach and dissatisfaction crossing his face.
"You're still talking, Ji Yao. You fainted in the studio again from hunger. Have you forgotten the last time you were hospitalized for low blood sugar? How could you do this to your body again? When you do this, we all worry," he said.
Lu Jincheng spoke earnestly and with exasperation mixed with heartache.
Hearing this, Ji Yao finally understood what had happened.
Right, memories before fainting flooded her mind.
It was hunger again, and she had collapsed on her way to find food.
Now, her face turned bright red, she was utterly embarrassed, stammering.
"I'm, I'm sorry. I didn't realize it was my negligence."
