It's going online tomorrow.
Let me talk about the recent situation, I've been out of sorts these past few days, and the editor responsible for us had to take a leave of absence for personal reasons and is currently unreachable.
Moreover, I failed to make it into Sanjiang again last week, and as the weight of fan fiction has been reduced, the requirements for getting featured have become even higher. It's not much of a hit for high-quality fan fiction, but for those of us who write niche fan fiction... with the performance of this book, there may be no recommendations after it goes online.
Various reasons have led to a mental breakdown for me, making me question life. Starting this book was actually a fluke, because of the prologue. Yes, that chapter meant for kicks.
I saw an interesting question on Zhihu: What would happen if Ding Yi smashed The Waterdrop with a hammer?
The most upvoted brainstorming answer gave me the idea to write a Three-Body fan fiction—Who says the Human Race has no great emperors?
Then I started writing, submitting, and passing the review. As a bona fide newcomer, I know my writing is mediocre, and I haven't handled many things well, but you guys are just here for some fun.
Since I've chosen to publish, I will write seriously. I'll resume regular updates after going online, and as for additional updates, it will depend on the situation.
In any case, thank you to the big city publisher for signing a newbie like me, and thanks for everyone's support!
Also, I'd like to recommend a friend's historical novel 'Capricious Red Mansion'. Those interested can check it out.
