An Ning, with her eyes firmly shut, would absolutely not open them, and certainly wouldn't look at him.
Yu Jingchen parked the car on the side of the road, his deep eyes filled with pleasure. "Open your eyes."
"No." An Ning said with her eyes closed.
He chuckled, his rough fingertips touching her cheek, lightly caressing it. "Little one, are you jealous?"
"No." An Ning said quietly, lacking confidence.
"Still denying it, now I know how much you care about me." Yu Jingchen leaned in close and whispered in her ear.
Waves of warm breath sprayed on her cheek, causing it to grow redder and redder.
She was so shy she hardly dared even to breathe deeply.
"Who cares about you." She continued to deny it.
"I don't believe you." Yu Jingchen said.
"Whether you believe it or not, it's none of my business." An Ning pouted.
Yu Jingchen pinched her cheek. "Too embarrassed to even open your eyes."
An Ning opened her eyes wide. "Who says I'm embarrassed to open them, you see?"
