Sandai puts aside the test tube and then faces Akari.
"Akari you are true genius when it comes to medical Ninjutsu, I have never seen anyone become better in it so quickly.
But don't be too pride full about this, you have to work harder to become an advanced level medic ninja." He said.
"I know, Sensei. Don't worry I will work more harder from now on." Akari replies.
Sandai nods at him.
Then he takes out two scrolls from his drawer and gives it to him.
"You first read and learn these jutsus. These are not very hard so you will be able to perform it in a few minutes with your fabulous chakra control." Sandai said.
Akari takes the scrolls and opens them.
The first one is a jutsu named Chakra Scalpel.
This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections.
Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively to inflict internal damage, although it requires great precision to be effective.
Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual.
In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to target the vital spots, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile.
The range of this jutsu is from 0 to 5 metres.
Akari then sees it's hand seals.
The hand seals are Tiger → Horse → Rabbit → Rat → Dog.
He quickly performs it and a green chakra blade forms on his hands.
He then experiments it with the fishes in the fish tank.
After getting used to this technique for about 30 minutes he stops using it.
During the practice, Sandai also gave him some tips in effectively using this jutsu.
"Good job, now learn the other technique." Sandai tells him.
Akari opens the other scroll and sees that it's about a technique named Delicate Illness Extraction Technique.
This technique is used when a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage.
The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, an incision is made near the affected part.
Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision.
The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected parts and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body.
This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. The process itself is extremely painful and requires the subject to be restrained in order for the process to work.
As such, it is considered a rather crude method to deal with pathogens and toxins, and only used in emergency.
This technique only draws out most of the poison, not all of it, so the subject can potentially still be in danger, albeit not immediate. To fully treat the subject, an antidote is needed.
After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analysed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery.
This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical-nin.
