Chapitre 5: The Arena Incident
A Big explosion came from the front of Arena, leaving a massive opening in the arena. Kemar and Dacion looks at the massive opening. "The hell happened." Kemar said. As the whole Arena looked at the massive hole, a shadow figure was walking through the smoke of the explosion. "Damn...who would ever think a powerful Kingdom like this would have such weak walls" The shadow figure spoke. The man emerged from the smoke wearing all black with a grey bandana, He looked at the King who was on the stands near Ahsian, Lawrence, and Luna. "Hey King, it's been a while since I saw you." The Man said. The king stood up unphased and spoke "I should've killed you long ago.... Var".
As Var looked at the King, he snapped his fingers. When he did it, a group a bandits charged in and spreaded through out the Arena. The King looked around and yelled "For Knights in the Area, Evacuate and defend the civilians". Luna ran to the gates of the Arena. "Hey Ahsian and Lawrence, I'm going to need your help here." Luna requested. All three of them ran to the gates of the Arena to help civilians escape.
Meanwhile, Kemar and Dacion was fighting the bandits inside of the battle stage. "It's to many of them!" Kemar yelled. Four bandits were charging at Kemar and Dacion, The bandit pulled out a sword an swung at Dacion which he dodged, Dacion dashed at the Bandit and gut punched him. The bandit dropped his sword and fell on the floor. Another Bandit tried to strike Dacion from his blind side. Kemar kicked the Bandit in the jaw before he could strike Dacion.
"Thanks....This mask is too damn hot." Dacion said before taking off the mask. Kemar looked at Dacion in shock after he took off his mask. "D-D-D-Dacion!!!" Kemar yelled after taking off his hoodie.
"I had a feeling it was you" Dacion said.
As Kemar and Dacion was speaking, two more Bandits dashed at the both of them. One of the Bandits kicked Dacion into a wall before drawing his sword, The other Bandit charged at Kemar with his sword. "Shit, I can't get to Dacion" Kemar said to himself. Kemar threw a quick jab and a kick to the bandit midsection before pivoting his foot and launching a powerful round house kick to the Bandit's jaw. The Bandit's head twisted around before falling on the ground.
Meanwhile, The Bandit drew his sword while Dacion was still on the wall, He raise the sword in the air and bringing it down with a intense force. In that split second, Darius jumped from the stands before kicking the Bandit's sword away.
He landed on the ground and throwing a right hook at the bandit's jaw. The Bandit dashed back before smiling. "Hey Kemar, I got this monkey." Darius stated. Kemar looked at Darius and smiled before saying "Alright then, I'll be taking Dacion out of here" Kemar said before picking Dacion up off the ground and running to the main entrance of the Arena. The bandit started walking towards Darius dragging his sword on the ground making a dust trail behind him.
"I hate annoying ants like you, you little pest manage to get in my way all of the time but this time it will be different." The bandit stated before shifting his speed at Darius.
Darius dodged the bandit's sword before releasing a flurry of punches at the bandit midsection. Then, he kicked the bandit in the stomach making him fly back. "Argh!" he grunted. He got up from the ground and charged Darius, Darius grabbed a rock off the ground and threw it, The Bandit dodged it and continued the run at Darius.
Darius smiled before pulling his hand back making the rock come flying back hitting the bandit in the back of his head. As the bandit was about to fall on the ground, Darius dashed at him throwing a uppercut which collides with the his jaw making the bandit fall backwards unconscious.
'I still don't know why or how we got to this world, but our bodies also changed, This is strange.' Darius thought.
As Darius was thinking to his self, more bandits charged at him. Darius looked at them and grinned, Darius crouched down on the floor and putted his hand on the ground, he closed eyes as if he was trying to concentrate on something. "It's almost like it's calling out to me" Darius said before opening his eyes. He punched the ground with all his force.
In that split second, the whole Arena started shaking. The stands were cracking, nearly about to collapse. The sand of the battle stage began to move in a circular motion causing a vortex in the ground. The Bandits began to slip and started falling inside.
In that moment, only one word came out of Darius's mouth "fall"
The king looked at Darius with curiosity and began thinking to himself, "That's impossible, how is a boy able to that. That attack requires a large amount of mana to do. Unless, he has a blessing"
As the vortex's size started increasing rapidly, more Bandits started falling in. Var looked at three of his bandits signaling them to go capture The King.
As they went to go capture The King, Var started walking away with some of his bandits. While, Ahsian and Lawrence ran back inside of the Arena on the stands.
"What the hell is causing this shaking?" Lawrence asked trying to keep his balance. Ahsian looked over the the stands and saw Darius.
"Hey Lawrence, I see Darius down there!" Ahsian yelled.
Lawrence ran over to Ahsian and looked over the stands. "Kemar did say that Darius would still be in here after he bought Dacion out." Lawrence stated.
They both looked at Darius and looked at what was in front of him. "IS THAT VORTEX" Lawrence yelled. "I think Darius is the one causing it" Ahsian said. Lawrence looked at Darius and said, "Ahsian we have to stop Darius or he'll bring this whole Arena down to the ground". As Lawrence said that, The Arena started shaking more violently, The cracks on the stands started getting increasingly bigger.
Ahsian looked around and saw a rock, he picked it up and gave it to Lawrence.
"You gonna have to do it... a normal rock throw won't do it." Ahsian said handing the rock to Lawrence.
"Pussy" Lawrence said before closing his eyes. As Lawrence closed his eyes concentrating on something inside of him.

Lawrence closed his eyes like he was meditating and has now entered deep inside of his conscious where his power resides. "Where you are you at dumb little beast!" Lawrence yelled as his voice echoed though his void.
"Watch who you're calling dumb, rodent." A voice can be heard behind him. Lawrence turns around and sees the Astral Beast standing behind him.
Lawrence slowly walk towards the beast, and glared directly in his eyes.
"Can you please help me, there is a problem that I need help with, and if you don't help people will die." Lawrence stated.
The Beast laughed loudly and coldly towards before stopping out of nowhere.
"People will die you say, well then I'll like to see that. Plus, I don't have a reason to help you at all since you bested me at our last encounter."
Lawrence stood in shock after hearing the Beast's words, "But, I might even die if you don't help me."
"Hmm, I guess that would be a problem. I need your body so I can take over. Fine, I'll help you this once by sharing some of my power but don't expect any more in the future..., Rodent." The Astral Beast asserted.
Lawrence looked at the Astral Beast for some time and began thinking. 'Is there a consequence if I use his power, but what if share power and he just a big majority of it. Well, no time thinking I have to stop Darius' Lawrence thought.
Lawrence nodded at the Beast before returning to reality.
As Lawrence gripped the rock, the rock started glowing with Astral energy.
Lawrence threw the rock at Darius's hand causing him to stop the vortex.
"Woah Lawrence what was that now?" Ahsian asked looking at Lawrence's glowing hand.
"Don't know but now isn't the time, Let's go down and see Darius." he explained.
Lawrence and Ahsian jumped down from the stands and ran towards Darius who was shocked staring at the massive hole in the middle of the Arena.
"Did I cause that?" Darius asked himself while looking at the massive pit in the battle stage.
Ahsian and Lawrence walked towards Darius and tapped him on the top of his head.
"Hey Darius, It's been a while." Ahsian said.
Darius looked towards Ahsian and Lawrence and said, "If it isn't the two monkeys."
"Stop being racist already," Lawrence replied walking towards the main gate.
Ahsian stopped Lawrence in his tracks.
"Dumbass we got to find the King." Ahsian said to Lawrence.
Lawrence looked at Ahsian in confusion. "I saw him leave with some people during Darius's vortex. It kind of looked like he was tied up." Lawrence expressed.
Ahsian looked at Lawrence with a dumbfounded face and yelled, "YOU WATCHED THE KING GET KIDNAPPED!!!"
Lawrence's body froze after he heard what Ahsian said. Ahsian ran towards the Main Gate of the Arena. "I'm going to go report to Luna!" Ahsian yelled while running.
Darius looked at Lawrence and spoke, "Good job Lawrence."
"Ugh shut up I didn't know. But Darius what were you doing early?" He asked.
Darius looked at his hand and said, "Don't know but it's kind of strange."
Lawrence and Darius started walking towards the Gate. "Nearly destroyed the entire arena because of you power. Your lucky that me and Ahsian was here or else a lot of people would've been dead because of your power." Lawrence explained to Darius.
"I didn't think it was going to be that powerful." Darius replied.
Meanwhile, Kemar sat down in a chair watching over Dacion knocked out on the ground with a blanket on him.
"Glad the shaking stopped...thought the Arena was collapse on top of us all." Kemar expressed.
Kemar looked over to his right and saw Ahsian running too Luna.
"Luna, The King...has...been kidnapped." Ahsian yelled. As he said those words, everyone in the area went into shock and trance.
"To All Knights in this Area, we will return to base and come with a battle strategy to recover the King."
Dacion's eyes opened as he heard the news, he sat up and stood up. Dacion tried to walk but ended falling on the ground. He hit both legs, causing a jolt to make them work. Luna looked at Dacion. "Wait no Dacion, you should be resting" she said. She tried to make Dacion sit down but ended up getting pushed back.
"Our top priority is to get the King now. But yall are just sitting here doing nothing. It seems like all of you are just being idiots" Dacion stated.
Luna and Knights looked at Dacion with shock. "How could you just assume that. We need a strategy to recover the king from the enemy" She asserted.
Dacion glared at Luna and started walking. Luna pushes Dacion back and spoke, "Dacion by my authority I command you to stand down." Dacion tried to walk past her but couldn't. Luna looked at Dacion with seriousness and said, "If you don't stop this worthless act, then I'll just have to subdue you then." Kemar stood up from the chair. "Dacion she's right...you should just stop and let the professionals do it" Kemar commented. Dacion looked around and saw the Knight's hands on their swords. Dacion tried to get past Luna but ended up blocked again. She sighed and looked at Dacion. "For all Knights in the Area, Capture Dacion Hightower".
