Diego addressed the team of chefs gathered in the kitchen and briefed them on the tasks at hand: "All right, guys! To start off, we're going to prepare a delicious onion omelette. Pablo, you take care of peeling the onions and dicing them finely. Miguel, you'll handle beating the eggs and seasoning them properly. Carlos and Martín, make sure to have all the additional ingredients ready, like the parsley."

"Furthermore," continued Diego, "we're going to prepare some exquisite wild boar ribs. Martín, you'll marinate the meat with the appropriate spices and let it sit for at least an hour. Carlos and Miguel, prepare the grill and make sure it's ready to cook the ribs to perfection."

"Lastly," added Diego, "we're going to make a tasty wild boar stew. Javier, you'll take care of cutting the meat into small pieces and seasoning it with spices. Pablo, prepare the pot and make sure it's ready to cook the stew slowly for several hours. Carlos and Martín, make sure to have all the additional ingredients ready and on hand to add to the stew as needed."

After giving the instructions, Diego listened attentively as Martín mentioned, "Diego, I couldn't find any wild boar in the pantry. We'll need to send someone to buy it."

Diego furrowed his brow, aware of the importance of having all the necessary ingredients. "Very well, Martín. Any idea how much it will cost us?"

Martín pondered for a moment before responding, "As I recall, the last time we bought it, each Roman pound of wild boar cost us around 20 silver coins."

Diego nodded, mentally calculating. "All right, send someone immediately. We can't prepare these dishes without the wild boar," he stated determinedly.

Martín nodded and left the kitchen to fulfill the assigned task. Meanwhile, Diego hurried to coordinate the activities of the other chefs to ensure everything was ready when the wild boar arrived.

Diego watched with concern as Martín left the kitchen to fulfill the urgent mission of acquiring the wild boar they so desperately needed. "Damn," he muttered to himself, aware that the absence of that crucial ingredient would complicate the preparation of the feast.

With determination, Diego turned to the other chefs, who awaited his instructions expectantly. "All right, guys. We need to stay focused and continue with the preparation. Miguel, Pablo, Carlos, carry on with the tasks assigned. We can't afford any delays," he ordered, his voice resonating with authority over the bustle of the kitchen.

As the chefs continued their work, Diego struggled to devise alternative solutions in case Martín didn't manage to find the wild boar in time. "Carlos, can you check if there's any other meat option available in the pantry? Perhaps we can improvise with something else," he suggested, aware of the need for a Plan B.

Carlos nodded and hurried to check the available supplies, while Diego supervised every detail of the preparation. Time was of the essence, and every minute counted in the race against the clock.

Meanwhile, Miguel and Pablo continued with the preparation of the onion omelette, working in perfect harmony to achieve the perfect blend of flavors and textures. Miguel beat the eggs skillfully, while Pablo diced the onions with millimetric precision.

"Do you think we should add some botillo to the omelette?" Miguel suggested, looking to Pablo for approval.

Pablo nodded enthusiastically. "Great idea! The botillo will give it an extra touch of flavor. Go fetch it from the pantry," he replied, his voice filled with excitement at the possibility of further enhancing the dish.

"Diego," intervened Carlos in a calm but determined voice, "there are plenty of meat options in the pantry. We could use venison instead of wild boar, as we still have a good amount of that meat left."

Diego nodded, considering Carlos's suggestion. "That's a viable option," he responded.

As Diego considered Carlos's suggestion, Miguel and Pablo grabbed a skillet and placed it over the fire. With skill, they added some oil and placed the botillo, previously cleaned of its tripe, in the hot skillet. With a sizzling sound, the botillo began to brown slowly as they stirred it with a wooden spoon, mixing the flavors and aromas that filled the kitchen.

The aroma of the cooking botillo filled the air, whetting the appetite of those working in the kitchen. Miguel and Pablo exchanged a complicit smile as they continued cooking, enjoying the process of preparing such a delicious and comforting dish.

"Miguel, can you bring me the diced onion and a plate, please?" requested Pablo as he continued stirring the golden-brown botillo in the skillet.

Miguel nodded and hurried to fulfill his companion's request. He quickly returned with the diced onion and a clean plate in hand.

Carefully, Pablo poured the onion over the golden-brown botillo in the hot skillet, mixing it skillfully with a wooden spoon. The aroma of the onion mixed with that of the botillo, creating an irresistible combination.

After about 4 minutes of cooking, Pablo removed the skillet from the fire and poured the contents onto the plate he had brought. With skill, he divided the mixture into three equal portions, ensuring that each portion was generous and appetizing.

"Pablo, I divided the beaten eggs into three portions and brought them," informed Miguel, handing over the divided egg containers.

Pablo took the eggs and thanked Miguel before proceeding with the preparation of the omelette. With skill, he sprinkled a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper over each portion of eggs, making sure to season them properly.

Then, he added a portion of the botillo with onion to each egg container, mixing carefully to distribute the ingredients evenly. The mixture took on a deliciously combined appearance, ready to be turned into a tasty omelette.

With the skillet hot and a little oil, Pablo poured a portion of the egg and botillo mixture into the hot skillet, spreading it evenly to form the omelette. The tempting aroma of the ingredients spread through the kitchen, awakening the appetite of everyone present.

With skill, Pablo cooked the omelette until it was golden and firm on the bottom. Then, with a quick and sure movement, he flipped the omelette to cook the other side, making sure it was perfectly cooked inside.

Once ready, Pablo slid the hot omelette onto a plate and cut it into eight individual portions, ready to be served as part of the feast they were preparing with such care.

After completing the first omelette, Pablo repeated the process two more times, using the remaining portions of the egg and botillo mixture. With mastery, he prepared two more omelettes, ensuring that each one was equally golden and delicious.

Once all the omelettes were ready, Pablo placed them on a large plate and cut them into eight individual portions. Now they had three perfectly cooked omelettes, ready to be enjoyed by the diners eagerly awaiting the impending feast.
