In the town of art, crafts and music known as Sperton of the Fifth Wing, the bastion lifted sky high with its decorations of greens, golds and solid white. It was morning, and the early morning sun casted its golden rays over the beautiful castle, making the stone walls glow with the soft warmth of the dawn.
Outside, there was breeze stirring the trees, the birds were singing their first melodies of the day and maidens walked about, sweeping the leaves that had fallen at night.
Inside one of the royal rooms, lavishly adorned with deep maroon tapestries and golden accents, four of the five Princes of the Fifth Wing sat in comfort. They all had white hair which was a signature trait of their royal family, coming from a strong Bloodline of Karterugs.
They were also all wearing expensive, regal clothing — suits of rich fabrics trimmed in silver and embroidered with the symbols of their Wing.
