The group killed the remaining moundfang termites, and Sebastian absorbed their mana. The Rune Master stood alone amidst the corpses of the eight moundfang termites he killed.

His undead minions were dead, so he underwent the process of making two new ones.

Calvin was kneeling nearby, eyes closed, as he worked to claim the souls of two new termites for his collection. Even his undead minions perished, forcing the Grave Whisper to replace them with new corpses.

Sebastian glanced over at Leo and Kenway, who were catching their breath.

Even the Quiver Lord looked exhausted from the ordeal, despite having fought at a distance. He was tired because using the bow demanded a lot of strength, of course.

It was then that Leo approached him, a curious expression on his face.

"That was well fought," Leo said. "Last time we faced these beasts, you struggled more, if I recall correctly."
