The boardroom in which this meeting was being held had cameras and someone else was watching the meeting, the captain who was in charge of running the operations of the hidden city.

He already had all the information on Alix which was being disseminated but he wanted to hear the opinions of the others on the matter.

It was the first time they were seeing someone with a dragon system after all. While it was exciting, it also presented a new kind of danger.

All the occupants of the hidden city or those with access to it were people with systems or associated with such people and their affairs in one way or another. All of them worked for the government in one capacity or another. There was only one fate for anybody with a system, you worked for the government or you worked for the other side, the dark side as they called it. And if you worked for the dark side, you were an enemy that had to be hunted down.
