Dos spoke in a deep voice, "This is a big deal. If my men were treated like this in front of me, I wouldn't allow anyone to take them away."
Jack felt nervous, "So, it's hopeless?"
Dos whispered, "Let's see how it plays out first."
Jack nodded.
The captain of the Armed Forces Bureau then fixed his cold gaze on Dos and said, "Director Dos, you may have a reason for wanting to take Jack away, but just now my men were treated like this. If you insist on taking him, can I assume that your Municipal Bureau is deliberately provoking the Armed Forces Bureau?"
Dos frowned upon hearing this.
He knew that the situation had become trickier.
The reason he had dared to take Jack away so forcefully was because he had been certain that the other side wouldn't dare start a confrontation. After all, the first to act would be seen as the aggressor.
