Chapitre 10: A Scaly Problem.

Commissioner George stood amidst the aftermath at the docks, his frustration palpable. He cursed at the destruction that unfolded, a chaos that defied explanation. As he surveyed the scene, another police officer approached, exchanging a few words about the unprecedented havoc.

"Never seen anything like this, Commissioner," the officer remarked, holding up one of the unique bullets left behind by Specter. George's frustration deepened as he examined the strange ammunition, a tangible reminder of the mysterious Vigilante that had appeared upon their city.

"This Specter fella... wreaking havoc like a force of nature," George muttered, shaking his head. The docks, once a calm place, looks like an aftermath of battleground. The fight left the docks damaged, with smoke, molten marks, and scars from whatever weapons was use leaving them completely clueless.

Commissioner George turned to Officer Williams; a seasoned detective known for his thorough interrogations. "Williams, have any of the Russian gangs we captured spilled anything useful?"

Williams nodded, "You won't believe what I heard, Commissioner. They're babbling about undead ninjas, the Hand, black magic, and a Witch controlling metal. Seems like they've witnessed something straight out of a nightmare."

Commissioner George's brows furrowed. "Undead ninjas, black magic, and metal manipulation? What are they on about?"

Williams sighed, "They claim there was a battle between someone called Madam Gao and the Vigilante Specter. The whole thing scared them witless. They're talking like they've seen the devil himself."

Commissioner George shook his head in disbelief. "Black magic? Hell's Kitchen just got a whole lot weirder."

Commissioner George shook his head in disbelief. "First, we got web-swinging vigilantes, then there's someone driving a monster of a car recklessly, and now we're dealing with ninjas and an old witch with black magic. Hell's Kitchen has turned into a circus of chaos!" Frustration and stress were evident in George's voice as he tried to make sense of the increasingly bizarre incidents in his precinct.

Agent Coulson, donning a sharp FBI suit and badge, approached the Hell's Kitchen crime scene with an air of authority. His calm demeanor and friend smile contrasted with the chaotic aftermath. As he flashed his FBI badge to the officers guarding the area, they parted, allowing him access. Coulson meticulously examined the surroundings, his keen eyes absorbing every detail.

Coulson: "Commissioner George, we appreciate the NYPD's efforts, but given the nature of this incident, the FBI will be taking over the investigation."

Commissioner George, visibly frustrated, responded, "This is our city", looking at the documents and badge he mentioned Coulson's name. "Agent Couslon, We know how to handle our problems."

Coulson, calm and composed, nodded, "I understand, George. But we're dealing with elements beyond the usual criminal activities. The more information you share, the better we can do out job."

Commissioner George left with no choice gave all the information they gathered, pack up and left scene.

At this time Agent Simmons approach Coulson "Agent Coulson, I've analyzed the melted metals found at the scene. It appears to be a result of plasma-based weaponry. The intense heat suggests a highly advanced technological weapon which shouldn't be possible even with what we have.

Coulson: Is it possible that the weapon use is like Hydras?

Agent Simmons: "Considering the energy signatures, I highly doubt this is Hydra technology. The power source and energy signature are completely different from what we've seen before."

Coulson: Anything else?

Agent Simmons: "Agent Coulson, in addition to the plasma weapons, we've found evidence of missile damage at the scene. It's like a warzone down there."

Coulson: "Missiles? That's a new wrinkle. Any idea where those missiles came from?"

Agent Simmons: "It's hard to say at this point, sir. We're cross-referencing with known databases, but it doesn't match any conventional weaponry we're aware of."

Coulson frowned, the complexity of the situation growing.

Agent Fitz: "I've conducted scans for electromagnetic activity, and surprisingly, there's no sign of magnetism. Whatever caused the metal manipulation isn't traditional magnetism. We might be dealing with an entirely new form of energy or manipulation."

Coulson: "Interesting. What about the bullets?"

Agent Morse: "The bullets themselves don't show anything unusual. However, upon impact, they seem to explode or melt into slugs, leaving little trace. It's as if they're designed to self-destruct upon contact."

Coulson, thoughtful, nodded, "Keep digging. We need to find out what we're dealing with here."

Coulson picked up his secure line and dialed Fury's number. After a few rings, the grizzled voice of Nick Fury echoed through the line.

Fury: "Coulson, what's the update?"

Coulson: "Director Fury, we've got a situation in Hell's Kitchen. Unusual activity, plasma-based weaponry, and some kind of otherworldly tech. It's beyond our usual suspects."

Fury: "Give me the details, Coulson. We need to know what we're dealing with."

Coulson: "Plasma weapons, advanced tech, no signs of Hydra involvement. It's Specter versus a new player, sir. And they've got something we've never seen."

Fury: "Increase the danger level on Specter. Increase this information level to 7. If a battle has escalated to this level, we need to know what he was dealing with, we need to be ready for anything. Keep me posted."

The line went silent as Coulson closed the communication channel, the weight of the unknown pressing on him.

In another Part of Hell's Kitchen, Matt Murdock stepped into his law office, feeling the familiar textures and scents of his workspace. His friend and law partner, Foggy Nelson, looked up from his desk.

Foggy: "Hey, Matt! You're in early today. Big case on the horizon?"

Matt: "Just trying to stay ahead of the game, Foggy. Anything new on the docket?"

Foggy: "Same old, same old. But hey, you got a package. Delivered just now."

Matt raised an eyebrow, his heightened senses detecting the distinct scent of a recently delivered parcel.

Matt: "Interesting. Wonder who it's from."

Foggy handed him the package, Matt's fingers running over the surface, trying to glean any information through touch.

Engaging in casual small talk with Foggy, Matt Murdock eventually excused himself, making his way to his private room in his office. As he unfolded the brailed note, he mused, "Batman... Wait Specter called me that a few days back…" A perplexed expression crossed his features, and he wondered aloud, "How is it possible that he knows who I am?"

Matt Murdock sat in his office, recalling the intriguing conversation he had with Specter the previous night.

"Sooo, Batman, how do you do it?" Specter's question lingered in Matt's mind. Ever so serios, he replied, "Do what?" Specter followed up, "Fighting blindfolded, were you bitten by a radioactive bat or something?"

The small talk continued, delving into the motivations behind their vigilantism. Specter, with an air of mystery, revealed, "I'm doing this because I need to prepare for things to come." The cryptic words resonated with Matt, as someone with incredible power and abilities, he pondered what could Specter be preparing for.

Matt Murdock cautiously opened the package, his fingers delicately feeling its contents. As he explored further, his touch revealed a sleek costume, distinct in its design. The deep red color contrasted with a matte black, and the material felt both durable and flexible.

Running his hands over the costume, Matt discovered a small braille note. His fingers traced the raised dots, translating the message. The note detailed the specifications of the costume – bulletproof, capable of withstanding high-caliber weapons, resistant to stabs and slashes, all while maintaining a feather-light feel. The intricate details spoke of a garment designed for a vigilant protector of the night. Intrigued, Matt Murdock felt a surge of gratitude as his fingers traced the contours of the meticulously crafted costume.

Beneath the Daredevil costume, Matt Murdock discovered another intriguing item – a distinctive helmet. His fingers traced the contours of the half-face helmet, feeling the peculiar protruding horns on the top. The unique design intrigued him, and he couldn't help but wonder about the symbolism behind the distinctive features.

In the bustling halls of Empire State University, chaos erupted as a giant lizard, with scales and claws, wreaked havoc. The students screamed and fled in panic. Suddenly, swinging into action, Spider-Man appeared on the scene.

"Hey, reptile rave at ESU? Should've brought my dancing shoes!" quipped Spider-Man as he swiftly swung between hallways, dodging the lizard's swipes.

"Everyone, stay calm and head for the exits! I've got this, just another day in the not-so-friendly neighborhood," Spider-Man shouted, using his webbing to shield students and guide them to safety.

The giant lizard lunged, but Spider-Man effortlessly flipped out of the way. "Come on, lizard breath, this is a university, not your personal stomping ground. Let's keep it civil, shall we?"

Meanwhile in the Arasaka Tower.

Skynet's digital voice echoed through the sleek apartment, "Boss, we've got a situation at Empire State University. Spider-Man's dealing with a giant lizard on campus. Shall I deploy the quadra?"

Alex, still in a half-conscious state, immediately snapped to attention. The urgency in Skynet's tone was notable. "Initiate Dark Knight Protocol. lets help Pete."

With a commanding presence, Alex stood on the platform in the center of the room. Suddenly, mechanical arms sprouted from the floor and ceiling, each delicately attaching a piece of his new tactical armor. Impressively enough, the new suit, although reminiscent of the Arkham Armor, looks more futuristic and is armored plated from head to toe like a cross between Batman Beyond and Arkham Knight.

Alex entered the hidden elevator that would take him to the heart of his operation. Heading towards the garage, he approached the Quadra Type-66 "Javelina," a powerful vehicle that seamlessly blended sleek aesthetics with military-grade functionality. As the engine roared to life, Alex wasted no time. The Quadra smoothly glided into the underground tunnels of New York, navigating the forgotten paths of the city with precision

As Specter emerged from the hidden warehouse, the Quadra Type-66 "Javelina" gleamed in the ambient light. Its futuristic design turned heads and sparked a ripple of excitement through the crowd. Pedestrians and onlookers couldn't help but comment on the impressive vehicle as it cruised onto the road.

"Hey, isn't that Specter's ride? I've heard about this guy!"

"That car is straight out of the future! Specter's got style!"

A group of fans gathered, cheering and snapping photos as the vehicle passed by. Specter enigmatic presence and cutting-edge technology left a lasting impression on those fortunate enough to catch a glimpse.

In the Empire State University's library, chaos erupted as Spider-Man faced off against the Huge Humanoid Lizard. The creature's roars reverberated throughout the room.

As Spider-Man swung and flipped between the towering bookshelves, dodging the Lizard's relentless attacks, an elderly man, resembling Stan Lee, was completely oblivious to the superhero showdown. Clad in an old-fashioned cardigan, the man had a serene smile on his face as he meticulously arranged books on a shelf, his attention consumed by classical tunes playing through his headphones.

While Spider-Man continued his acrobatic maneuvers, firing webs and delivering quick-witted remarks, the oblivious Stan Lee lookalike hummed along to the soothing music.

As the battle between Spider-Man and the Lizard raged on, they make their way towards the vast school grounds. Amidst the chaos, Peter Parker attempted to reason with the transformed Dr. Connors.

The Lizard's growls at Spider-Man as he shoots webs in an effort to restrain him. "There's no need to stop me, Peter," the Lizard hissed, his reptilian eyes fixed on his adversary.

Spider-Man, ever determined to help his former mentor, responded with a mix of concern and conviction, "You're not acting yourself, Doc. Let's calm ourselves down and find a cure. We can fix this."

However, Dr. Connors, now consumed by the Lizard persona, remained adamant. He spoke of transforming the entire population of New York into lizard-like creatures, bringing about the next evolution of superior beings. His intentions veering into the realm of madness.

As the intense clash between Spider-Man and the Lizard unfolded in the schoolyard, the sleek and formidable Black Quadra Javelina thundered towards the schoolyard, its engine roared with power, breaking the silence of the surroundings. Alex, driving the impressive vehicle, couldn't help but marvel at the spectacle before him.

"Seeing this in real life sure is different," Alex commented, his amazement evident in his voice.

Gwen, who's lurking around the corner, with determination in her voice, shouted at the Lizard, "Hey, overgrown reptile! Leave him alone!" She swung her trophy at the Lizard, catching its attention.

The Lizard, annoyed by her actions, responded with a menacing hiss and preparing to strike its massive claws. In the nick of time, Specter swiftly intervened. Using his T-X Mechanical Arm, he intercepted the Lizard's attack, ensuring Gwen's safety.

Specter, nonchalant and composed, remarked, "Why don't you pick on someone of your own size" looking up to face the Lizard he can't help but utter, "or at least closer?" His voice, enhanced by the cold mechanical tone.

Addressing Gwen, he instructed, "Run for cover, or you can stay inside my car. It's safer there." The Javelina's door whooshed open, inviting Gwen to seek cover inside the high-tech vehicle.
