Argo slightly turned his head.

The subtle sound of heavy boots were leaving fast.

Guards rushing through the hallway outside of the cramped storage closet where he and Constance were now hiding inside of.

Having heard them coming, he had grabbed her and broken in.

Peeking outside, he checked for noise, but the fighting was far, and the sounds of people further still.

"You..." Constance stared at him, she could take no more than a hairs distance from him, or else their bodies would touch, a sharp distaste took control of her mouth, "...You smell like blood, and death."

"Nothing you aren't familiar with then," Argo confirmed that there was no one nearby and went for the door of the closet, when Constance grabbed his broken hand and squeezed it, causing him to stifle a horrible scream, he looked down at her with bloodshot eyes and a growl in his voice, "What?"
