Chapitre 64: Be Obedient

I got down to the first floor and sat down at a random coffee shop available to Mafia members; cost free.

I ordered an espresso and sat down on one of the sofa's with the table in front of me.

I sat there maybe for 20 minutes, before I saw a familiar face.

It was the miss from before, Elfi. I noticed that she wasn't wearing a yellow jacket like the rest. Instead, she wore a yellow fawn rubber mackintosh tightly belted around her slim waist.

She sat down beside me and crossed her legs. I got little wafts of her exotic perfume.

"Who are you waiting for?" she asked.

"I'm waiting for Enforcer DeFront to return," I replied. "What about you? Here for coffee?"

"I was actually looking for you," she said.

"For me?" I raised an eyebrow.

"Yeah," she replied, and I could sense her giving me curious glances.

"Did I intrigue you somehow?"

She chuckled "Well, not really, but I did end up checking you in the database."
