Chapitre 209: Don’t Touch It!

Dimitri shook, shock evident in his gray eyes. Never once had his father raised his hands on him. This was the first time, and it'd hit him like a bullet. 

"D-dad-" 

"Do you hear me?!!!" Mr. Petrov scowled at him with the cruelest of eyes. There had been so many things different about him since he woke up from his coma, and Dimitri could not help but be shaken by it.  

It was almost as if the old man suddenly had a split personality. 

Having no choice but to nod, Dimitri swallowed, beads of sweat starting to drop from his forehead. "Y-yes Dad. You're right. He can't hurt me. I'm Petrov's heir. I'll just have to fight back." 

"That's more like it!" Mr. Petrov let go of him, walking over to his desk to sit on his office chair. "You may leave." 

Without hesitation, Dimitri got off the couch and hurried out of the office. He slammed the door shut and rested his back against the door.
