Chapitre 1: Chapter 1: SwordS
"Hmm," a high school student murmured, reorganizing his thoughts after a while.
This student, with blonde hair, blue eyes, a mole under his left eye, and a height of 172 cm, was noticeably handsome compared to his peers.
But the most intriguing thing wasn't his appearance—it was who he was and the world he found himself in.
He was Kiba Yuuto, and he was in the DxD world. Now, having made up his mind, he decided to live as Kiba, no matter the situation.
During class, he initially thought he was dreaming, but he quickly realized he wasn't.
It took him some time to gather himself before taking any action. After class, when most students had left, he finally got up and exited the classroom. He walked slowly, observing the school grounds, unsure of what to do next.
Kiba possessed the memories of Yuuto, now merged with his own, but he hadn't given them much attention yet.
'I think it's better if I focus on unlocking Balance Breaker and mastering my Demonic Energy,' he thought.
Kiba sighed and continued walking until he encountered Shinra Tsubaki. They exchanged smiles as they passed each other.
"I need to go to the clubroom," Kiba muttered.
A few minutes later, he arrived at the Occult Research Clubroom. Entering the building, he headed straight to the main discussion room.
As he opened the door, a beautiful girl with crimson red hair and blue eyes greeted him, "You're late, Yuuto."
That girl was Rias Gremory.
"I'm sorry, I was cleaning the classroom," Kiba replied, scratching the back of his head with a smile.
He scanned the room, noticing two more girls: one with long black hair and a mature body, the other with white hair and a petite figure. They were Himejima Akeno and Toujou Koneko.
'They look even more beautiful in person than in the anime,' he thought as he took in Rias, Akeno, and Koneko's appearances.
"It's okay. Take a seat," Rias said.
Kiba sat next to Akeno, who handed him a cup of tea with a smile. He smiled back and took a sip.
"Now that everyone is here, this is last year's report on our clients," Rias announced.
It took about an hour to go through the report.
After they finished, Kiba raised his hand, "Buchou, can I get a magic teacher? I want to integrate magic with my sword skills."
Rias was a bit surprised by his request but smiled and responded, "I'll see what I can do. Is there anything else?"
The others shook their heads. Kiba got up and left the room, heading to the Gremory mansion. As he walked, his mind raced.
'First, I need a sword to reach my full potential. Then, a sword for healing, another for armor, one for creating a gravity field...'
He began listing every type of sword he needed to grow stronger.
When he arrived at the mansion, he headed to the backyard and started creating a healing sword. It took about a minute.
Next, he created a sword to increase gravity in an area, setting the limit to five times Earth's gravity. This took a bit longer but was still quick. Then, he crafted an armor sword, which took about two minutes.
He continued creating a spectral sword, which took a few more minutes. After that, he made a sword that drained surrounding energy, converting it into Demonic Energy.
He also created a sword to unlock his potential by stabbing himself and a claymore that would grow stronger with him. This last sword took about two hours.
In the zone, he didn't notice how late it had gotten until it was dark.
'I need to get some food first,' he thought, heading to the kitchen. He looked through the cabinets and fridge for ingredients.
"Hmm, I can make something with this," Kiba said as he began cooking lasagna.
After cooking, he took a portion and started eating. Then he headed to his room but encountered Koneko along the way.
"I cooked food for us. Go tell the others. I'm heading to my room," Kiba told her before walking away.
Koneko nodded and went to inform the others.
Upon arriving in his room, Kiba threw off his clothes, wrapped a towel around his waist, and went to his bathroom to clean himself.
While bathing, he continued creating swords: elemental swords, a sword with a dimensional bag (4x4x4 area), a sealing sword, a mind resistance sword, and an elemental resistance sword.
He was so absorbed in creating swords that he didn't realize how late it had gotten. Finally, he got out of the bath, dried himself off, returned to his room, dressed, and went to sleep.
After a few hours of sleep, Kiba woke up early, feeling fully rested.
"Well, let's try it," Kiba muttered as he summoned the sword to unleash his potential and the healing sword.
He stabbed himself in the stomach with the potential-unleashing sword, but thanks to the healing blade, he didn't bleed at all. As the sword remained in his body, a small shockwave of energy was released, unlocking a portion of his potential.
Wings sprouted from his back, and this time he had three wings, revealing his latent power. Kiba noticed his Demonic Energy reserves had increased significantly.
Kiba quickly pulled out the sword and unsummoned it, along with the healing sword once his wound closed by itself.
"Done. My strength has increased," Kiba said, sensing the new power coursing through his body.
'Now that I'm up, let's focus on creating a sword that can help me achieve Sage Mode,' Kiba thought.
He began working on the new sword. The others in the mansion, sensing the small burst of power, briefly woke up but dismissed it as Kiba's training and went back to sleep.
Creating the Sage Mode sword took the entire day. The sword could absorb nature energy and filter out malice and ill intentions.
With about an hour left before school started, Kiba tested the sword's ability. His body was engulfed in nature energy, his eyes glowing green.

As his senses heightened, feeling one with nature. However, this state only lasted for about five seconds before his eyes returned to normal.
'My body isn't strong enough to maintain nature energy,' Kiba realized.
He unsummoned the sword, quickly took a bath, changed into his school uniform, and headed to Kuoh Academy.
He was nearly late but ignored the protagonist's voice calling out for him to wait and headed straight to his class. Along the way, he smiled and waved at his fangirls but didn't pay much attention.
Once at his seat, he took a short nap before the teacher arrived. His fangirls noticed but didn't disturb him.
