Chapitre 47: To the Tournament

Gentle sunlight shone through the clouds and fell upon Bernier City, revealing the atmosphere which looked to be a lot more lively and hectic than usual. People were walking this way and that inside the city. The place was packed with people who had come to speculate the Tournament held by the Hargen Family.

The city was not filled by Bernier people alone. A considerable number of them had traveled from other cities to watch this Tournament. Some were here for commerce, while others came here for something else, each with their own and different purposes.

The Tournament was held at an arena in Bernier City. At the center of the arena was a big rectangular stage, built to be used as fighting ground for mages. The floor of the stage was made from a strong material that was difficult to destroy. Even warrior mages could not destroy it easily.
