Chapitre 272: Conflict of Interests

The Mercenary Camp was an outlier of a construction. It earned about 25,800 Gold Leafs per day. The camp needed no special materials but it needed a Tavern within a mile's radius. This requirement was also fulfilled by the presence of Autumn Leaf Tavern. 

Basically, any Councilman who succeeded in constructing it could receive 30% of the share for almost nothing!

Samar had also considered picking the Mercenary Camp but he had hesitated because of the Suitability Score. It was a mere 1/5! 

He understood the reason why it was so low. 

The West District was a residential area. Although the public plot of land was not exactly at the center of the district it was in the western outskirts, near the center of the city. The Autumn Leaf Tavern was on the other hand near the north-eastern part, near the gates.
