"Thank you for waiting. I appreciate your patience and understanding," Hathor said politely, realizing he had kept Samar waiting. 

His words were not mere platitudes as he had genuinely developed a good impression as was evident from the notification that popped up in front of Samar.

Samar was not surprised. He knew NPCs, especially artisanal NPCs, did not like to be disturbed when they were in the midst of creation. 

This was the reason Samar had simply stood near the entrance, appreciating the Blacksmith's work without making noise. As a result, the wait of mere 5 minutes had created a favorable impression on Hathor, making his task easier.

Samar introduced himself as a friend of Elara's but it did not matter to Hathor and the favorability remained the same. 

His identity as an Invoker, however, worked like a charm.
