Raymone leaned back in the chair, studying Javier with a puzzled expression. "Why are you so harsh about this? Even if she likes you, that doesn't mean you will send her away from your house." 

Javier sighed and put his arm on the table. "I don't want to live in the same house as someone who loves me. You know what I went through in the hands of Nadia. I don't want history to repeat itself." 

Raymone shook his head. "Yes, Nadia was a crazy girl, but Claire knows better than this." 

"Why're you pushing me to her? I thought both of you were dating, or are you guys in an open relationship?" he asked, his eyes narrowing. 

"How do you know we're dating?" he countered. 

"It's obvious," he replied. "It would be weird if I didn't know about it. Personally, I think you shouldn't have dated her knowing her history with Dennis, but you're an adult, so you know what is right for you."
