"So then, how powerful are the strongest figures? Their Ranks? And what about so-called 'stragglers,' what Ranks do they have?"

Titus chuckled slightly on hearing these questions. It was like a small child asking an adult about the world.

"Well, when it comes to normal people that aren't very high up in rank, at the very least they are of what we would call the Zenith Rank."

"How so?" Oldy quickly retorted.

"All children born outside of the walls go into Mercenary Sects, big or small. They must achieve the Zenith Rank to pass, you see. After that, they can decide to return to Sanctuaries, live their lives in their own towns, or... continue growing in the Sect. Most choose the middle option, and then the large majority choose to grow in the Sect. Rarely do you see someone like that entering the Sanctuaries."
