The gently swaying petals of begonias welcomed Calix, Leslie and Calliope. They were simply a few among the many visitors to the lake park.

A clock tower stood in the middle of a giant fountain of the park. The needles pointed to nine-thirty. Despite still being early, hundreds of people were already there either having picnics, playing games or exercising.

Calix shooed Logan and Mrs. An away, telling them to enjoy themselves for the time being. The bodyguard said he would follow the family of three quietly, a decision agreed to by the private nurse.

As Calix didn't want to waste any of his time to fight Logan, he just let them be. The bodyguard smirked before asking Mrs. An to follow him into hiding. His words made the private nurse laugh in amusement.

"Leslie, the pathway is quite smooth. Still, be careful ah. Don't go speeding down the road."
