Ryzel was thrown into pondering mode by Layton's repeated words 'lifetime', so he did not respond right away.

He was already married to Layton Lewis, so they indeed have a lifetime to be together.

He doesn't have to think hard or disbelieve Layton Lewis.

He can simply go with the flow, as he is already linked to Layton Lewis for life.
