Chapitre 45: vampire's food

"where is she." King Andrew emphasized. He could see fear creeping in on the girl who sat next to his feet.

Getting no response, the king of Revinnia bent down and picked a chain that was lying idly at the floor and running his fingers over it, he lifted it up and whipped the girl. At first, Mandy tried her best not to make a sound but the whipping did not seize whereby she let out a loud cry that brought an echo as most of the rooms were empty.

"S.._ She... Aaah!" Mandy let out another painful cry as the chains landed on her thigh. "She ran away on her own. I swear I tried to convince her to come back but she refused." The girl tried to explain. She could feel the burn of chains on her skin but she knew that her powers would be of no help to her.

Her amber eyes had turned glassy as she pleadingly looked up at the two men. "You were supposed to report it to me once you found out that she was trying to run but you didn't."
