Chapitre 25: The unexpected (2)

With the hours that had passed, there were no positive signs for the princess to wake up. Her skin looked paler than ever and her lips had lost their colour which made people in the room worried.

She had no signs of poor health or anything the previous day and even during breakfast, she seemed alright, but all over sudden, she fainted and princess Agatha who was also in Lilith's chamber wondered if it was just an act.

Richard who had found a spot leaned against the wall with one of his legs folded such that one of his feet rested against the wall. He was still waiting for her to wake up but there were no signs and in a way, he was starting to get worried but as usual, his face didn't give any hint of emotion as he continued to blankly stare at the unconscious girl.

"Will she be okay?"

The king who also happened to be overwhelmed by Lilith's condition asked the physician.
