Chapitre 55: Irises (pt.2)

Seeing how the man was almost trembling in fear after a few words of her, Isadora chuckled and lowered her head. 

There was no need to entertain these two. 

Isadora looked at her hands, the burnt and flushed skin on them made her smile vanish immediately.

'How pathetic.'

Her current condition was. Not only that, the two traders were also nothing but two pathetic men. For a trader to worry this much by a simple look from her, Isadora could only scorn. 

'The traders in this world are nothing but pipsqueaks.'

Not that she met 'those' kind of traders in her previous world, but her view stood. She at least thought they had some guts, given how she was in her current position. 

But they were apparently nothing. Or perhaps the person who was responsible for her current condition was already dead. 

'The real Isadora of this world is dead.'
