"Happy birthday, Ella! Can't believe it's been more than three years since we met you now, time sure flies, huh?" Grinned Aura, as we all took a shot.

"We should do something extra special next year, since that'll be your sixty-ninth birthday," I added wryly.

"I don't think I'll ever understand why that number amuses you so, Jade," She replied with a slight shake of her head, before letting out a chuckle.

Today's the 6th of June, 1034, and as you might have deduced, it's Estella's sixty-eighth birthday today. She's treating us to a night out at a bar to celebrate, it just turned midnight and we took our first round of shots to kick things off.

Nothing of particular note has taken place in the last month or so, Lazvis continued to show up at my place on a near-daily basis until about halfway through last month, when I decided I'd had enough.
