Chapitre 59: The Shattered

Talon's mind raced as he stared at the scene before him, his emotions a chaotic whirlwind.

He couldn't comprehend how the man who had nearly slaughtered them all, only to be killed by Number Eight, was now standing before them, very much alive. 

"I saw Number Eight kill him, so why the hell is he here?!" Talon's thoughts screamed in his mind. 

How were the men before him alive, he saw him die after getting stabbed in the heart, and Number Eight was the one to kill him, so why, and more importantly, how?

He was hoping that he would receive an answer, maybe from number four or number three but he was left alone inside his own mind, for the first time in a long time.

But he did not have any more time to needlessly think about their situation as the vampire noble crawled towards Lucas who was the first to arrive.

The noble had a stunning black garment fit for a noble of the night, but it was soaked in his own blood.
