Chapitre 41: Chapter 41 Enigma

"It's time to rest, my love," our op mc softly said, a smile gracing his lips despite the looming specter of impending battles. Nightly routines had become their norm, but tonight held a surprise. 

"I can't, Nero. I'm already pregnant. I'm worried for our child," Willow gently pushed against our op's chest, settling into the bed, feigning sleep.

"Willow, I promise to be cautious. Our baby will be safe," our op mc reassured, his tone tender and convincing.

"I've made up my mind." Willow's resolve was unyielding, her weariness evident. Months of nightly encounters had taken their toll, both physically and mentally. 

Even with her remarkable strength, she remained mortal, vulnerable beneath her extraordinary exterior.

"I think that you should have more women, Nero. I can't handle you alone. You're a beast in bed," Willow's voice floated from behind a veil of plump, velvety pillows, her words a sincere reflection of her innermost desires.
