Chapitre 63: Jealousy

Lloyd descended the stairs with hands tucked in his pockets, a gentle breeze blew on his face, causing his hair to waft backward. His eyes narrowed to the side, the grassy area where he was to meet the rest of his brothers. He shifted course in the field direction and proceeded towards the open area.

His boot made contact with the grass, and as he walked, the soil deepened forming an imprint of his shoes on the ground.

Roman was the first to glance at him, having noticed his brother's presence even before he could say a word. His eyebrows raised at Lloyd as he lowered the bow to the table.

Lloyd silently made his way towards the center which was his usual place. He grabbed the bow on the table before him and leaned to pick one of the arrows by the side. Positioning the arrow in his bow, he pulled the string in between his fingers.

He released it after careful assessing of the wind course. The arrow landed right in the middle.
