"You can leave. Take care of Cherie." Wren smiled at the maid, whose eyes glistened. "But if she has to return to me in tears because of you, I will end you myself."
"I will end myself, too, I guess." Silvano smiled at Cherie as well and even pecked at the corner of her lips. "Let's go home and see what kind of adjustments must be made. You know, I don't really live outside the garrison, so I should find a room for you. You wouldn't want to be in mine, considering how many idiots visit me to ask about stupid things."
Cherie nodded and walked with the captain as if nothing ever happened in the dance hall. All she knew was that she was now allowed to stay with someone she chose. Whether she would come to regret it in the future or not, there was a better time to do it.
